Public Complaints

All about our formal grievance process

Baker County Librar District values feedback and will strive to remedy complaints when possible, or provide a full explanation of limitations when a requested remedy is not possible. 

If a dispute remains unsatisfactorily resolved after good faith attempt with the Library Director, a Baker County resident, or library staff member may file an official complaint with the Baker County Library District.  Before investigation or action by the Library Board, complaints must follow an established administrative process for resolution . An exception will be a complaint against the Library Director or one that involves Board actions or Board operations.
